Ekow E. Dadson (Chief Executive Officer)

Ekow E. Dadson, the Chief Executive Officer of TiKowrie Capital Limited has appreciable experience in the placement and management of funds and trading securities, especially on the international market. Prior to this appointment, he was a faculty member and consultant at TiKowrie Company Ltd, an fx consultancy firm where he led the faculty to train most of the treasury staff of licensed banks in Ghana how to manage forex investments on the international forex market. Additionally, while working at Abbey National Bank Plc in UK (now Santander Bank) he was a Banking Financial Advisor. He also had a stint at Knowledge to Action Limited, UK where he was a platinum crew/trainee coach, assisting new forex traders applying strategies in trading forex on the international market. He holds a BA (Business Studies) degree from the University of Glamorgan, Wales and Higher Diploma in Business Administration from Kensington Business College, London and has also had training in financial markets at Finotec Academy, UK.

Maxwell Gidi (Executive Director)

Maxwell Gidi has appreciable understanding of Global Investment Practice & Regulatory regimes and mechanisms of the Global Financial Markets. He was the Assistant Manager of the Broker-Dealer & Advisors Department at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana and also worked as a Corporate Finance & Investment Management Officer at the same institution. He is a technical consultant to majority of licensed capital market operators. He holds an MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Ghana Business School and B.Ed Social Science degree, majoring in Economics and Management Education. Maxwell Gidi has had extensive  (long internship) international training in  finance and capital markets at key institutions in many advanced and emerging markets including, but not limited to, the International Securities Institute, Washington DC, United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Conduct Authority, UK (formerly FSA), the International Organization of Securities Commissions, Madrid Spain, Financial Services Board (FSB) of South Africa, United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai India, Thailand Stock Exchange, Agriculture and Futures Trading Commission of Thailand and the West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management (WAIFEM), Lagos.   He has the passion to teach and was a member of the faculty that trained the treasury staff of licensed banks in Ghana on how to manage forex investments on the international forex market and also while at the Securities and Exchange Commission he was the primary resource person for the National Banking College and Universities/Colleges visitation programmes.

Mr. Bismarck Badu is the chairman of the board. He is a Management Accountant by profession and a seasoned businessman with experience spanning from United Kingdom to the West Coast of Africa. He is a Director of several companies, including Supreme Concepts and Jinmark Ghana Limited.

Mr. Phillip Baffour Awuah holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University (West Texas Campus) and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Cape-Coast. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (ICA) with over thirty (30) years experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing and General Business. He is also the board chairman of Tri-Star Insurance Services Limited in Accra

Dr. Kennedy Annoh-Koranchie

Dr. Kennedy Annoh-Koranchie has experience in different fields with special emphasis on Accounting, Finance, Investment Management, Risk & project management, and training facilitation and capacity building. He holds a Ph.D. (Finance) from the Trinity University and College. U.S.A, an MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Hull, UK, Post-Graduate Certificate in Financial Research from the University of Hull, England, U.K and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has professional affiliations with the Association of Certified Chartered Economist in U.S.A, Certified International Project Manager from American Academy of Project Management in the U.S.A, and currently a Final level or Strategic level of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (CIMA) U.K. Kennedy lectured at the Regent University College of Science and Technology, Ghana, where he was lecturing Investment Management, Financial Management, Management Accounting and Business Strategy and Risk Management models and later elevated to lecture at Maastricht/Regent University Graduate School in MBA (Finance) model. Also, in 2010, Kennedy was appointed as the Head of Department (Accounting and Information) for a one-year term in Regent University. He was later appointed Dean of Faculty of Business Administration and lecturer at the Jayee University College between June 2012 and September 2013. He was a Management Consultant of Business Mayor Consulting Limited between 2011 and 2013. Currently, he lectures at Dominion University College and is a Trainer and facilitator in Business Strategy, Credit Risk Management, International Trade and Investments and Management Accounting at the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership (GSGL).
